Can I send my artwork or design for printing?

What is the shelf life of your labels?
We are committed to providing top-quality products; therefore, 90% of our labels maintain a shelf life of one to three years. Custom labels vary based on the manufacturing requirements of each item ordered.
Do you have waterproof labels?

We sell both.
What type of adhesive is used on your labels?
The majority of our labels include permanent adhesive, unless specifically stated in the product description.


Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?
An order may be canceled by 3 PM the day it was placed by calling the Customer Resource Group.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
An order may be cancelled or modified and resubmitted up until 3 PM the day the order was placed by calling our Customer Resource Group.
Do I have to order over the Internet?
No, you can order by phone by calling our Customer Resource Group @1.800.882.5104.
Do you have an order minimum?
The majority of our products do not have a minimum quantity. The few products that do require a minimum are noted as such on the catalog.
What is the smallest amount of labels I can order?
One roll, except where specified. Roll quantities vary depending on the product and are indicated on the product page.
Can I have my order sent C.O.D?
Yes, orders may be submitted via C.O.D; however, there is an added C.O.D shipping charge when applying this payment method.
Can I use PayPal to pay for my order?
Do you accept a purchase order from a government agency, such as a school or library?
No, we do not accept purchase orders from any organization, public or private.
Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?
Only if your order is shipped to a location in Ohio. Tax is based on the tax rate of the county from which the product has shipped (Lucas County).
Do you offer special pricing for distributors?
Yes, we have a reselling/affiliate program available by request only.
How can I view a copy of my invoice?
You'll receive a copy of the invoice via email within one hour of placing the order.
What is your return policy?
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If the labels do not meet your expectation, simply return them for a store credit. If you received the wrong item, we will fully refund the order. Note: A restocking fee of 15% may apply in some cases.


When will my order ship?
If ordered by 1 PM, it will ship that day. Otherwise, your order will ship at 4 PM the following day.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We ship all our orders UPS, both ground and expedited delivery. Your order will be received based on the method you choose.
How much does shipping cost?
That depends on the weight and method.
What if I need to make an address correction on my order?
Call our Customer Resource Group before 2 PM on the day the order was made to change the address.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number and link via e-mail to follow your order's shipment through UPS when your order has shipped.
Can I pick up my order?
We ship to distributor locations where you can pick them up. If you have a distributor relationship, please let us know by ordering through your distributor on the checkout cart, or by clicking here.
