All of our labels are available for custom printing with or without your logo. Full-color custom labels are one of our specialties! We use the Pantone® Matching System to match custom colors most accurately. If you provide samples of your existing label, a scanable logo, or other graphic we can produce a proof for your approval. LABEL SPECIFICATIONS: The materials we use on our scale labels meet original equipment manufacturers' recommendations. The adhesives we use on our stock labels are standard cold temperature adhesives with an application temperature rating of 14 to 120 degrees F and a service temperature rating of -40 to 130 degrees F. Adhesives for scale, merchandising, promotional, coding and warehouse management labels can be customized for specific applications.

GLOSSARY OF LABEL TERMS:
CUSTOM - Custom labels will require artwork creation, proof approval, and printing plates, then we can manufacture labels. We maintain in-house art and plate making departments to ensure quality and consistency in every label we produce.
First time custom label orders can take 2-3 weeks if proof approvals move quickly. Reorders are shipped within 10 working days. A 10% over/under run is planned for all CUSTOM label orders. A $37 charge per color (6 colors maximum) is added to the first order for artwork and plates. When requested, backside timing marks are provided at no additional charge. There is no charge for standard custom colors. Minimum order for most custom scale labels is 3-4 cases depending on type of scale.
Ordering a CUSTOM label:
If you are already using a custom label that you'd like us to duplicate, just send us a strip of 5 or more labels (no plate charges on existing labels, printed with your information on them), Or you may send camera-ready artwork of your custom label, along with a list colors by Pantone number, if available.
For text only, send us the text you'd like printed on the label, along with a listing of the colors by Pantone number. A setup fee of $40 per hour for creation of artwork may apply.
For logos we'll need a scan-ready copy (faxes will not work).

STANDARD - A STANDARD label is not normally in stock. Minimum quantity is 3-4 cases. Lead-time to ship for STANDARD labels is generally 7 working days. Occasionally we do have some STANDARD labels in stock and can ship sooner so if you don't have at least a 3-4 week supply of your label, please email us at info@bollin.com and ask for a projected ship date.
STOCK - The minimum order for stock labels is one case. We maintain inventory of most of the STOCK labels on this web site and usually can ship orders in 1-3 working days. If the label you need is out of stock it may take 1-3 weeks. If you have an immediate need and require quick order fulfillment, please email us at info@bollin.com and ask for an expected ship date.
